Inspiration
We travel a lot together and during our trips we have always found inspiration, we flew to New York City together on Christmas day 2021, we brought home the NY deli sliders, Portugal in 2021 there we found PORT Pesto pasta.
We flew to Florida together, with 15 of our closest friends for Easter 2022, we made packed lunches every day for the Disney parks there was born the chicken tikka croissants, and the rest of the PORT bespoke catering sandwiches. We often visit different cities together searching for inspiration, everything on the PORT menu represents our time together.
Our Aha! Moment
Over the past 4 years we have exclusively supplied to only our closest friends and family members with the buffets of their dreams. After every one of those occasions, we have been encouraged to begin our own business as caters.
It wasn’t until somebody unknown to us asked if we could cater for their 150-guest wedding that we had the confidence to introduce to the world PORT bespoke catering, ever since we have catered for large cooperate events, children’s parties, large engagement parties, hen party breakfast platters, christenings, work lunches and each occasion we have introduced a new dish to represent the occasion.

We have met truly amazing people on the way who have opened doors by offering their own skills to help ours become noticed. Here at PORT we believe that one of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating.
Food is an important part of any celebration in all nations of the world. People love to eat when they are celebrating, food enhances the experience, promotes interactions between people, and provides a platform for bonding. Sharing food has brought people together since the beginning of time.
